Just read the article on Intel's new chip that would help control the qubits.

Wondering what IQ level is required to get any useful understanding of quantum physics and how quantum computers would work?

Just hoping I am not the only one whose eyes glaze over when reading these articles!

There’s a Wired series where experts explain things at 5 levels from ‘little kid’ to ‘fellow expert’. Here is one on quantum computing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OWJCfOvochA

I think MIT have a series of videos on YouTube do do with quantum physics. I think episode 1 starts off with an introduction to superposition.

I think just getting a handle on the term “coherent superposition” should be enough to understand a qbit.

I am reminded of the part in the Hitchhikers Guide to the galaxy.

Narrator: There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable.

Well, I didn’t click on that link to see what it was, but it seems like Blackhand is equally good looking, intelligent, talented and humble as I am.
