I have heard that electricians may soon have difficulty getting things like switches and other electric components. This potentially could delay house builds.

Schneider (owners/manufacturer of PDL and Clipsal) said they had 80% capacity back at their Chinese factories on 20 Feb,
So it shouldn't be too bad... fingers crossed . (although ports might be a bit snarled up too)
We're waiting on Cisco servers, delayed due to covid-19
Hi-vis vests -- kiwifruit industry is firing up, they are missing safety clothing.
OSH may have to let-up on some of their safety rules.
Theres been an issue getting servers since late Dec : world wide shortage on server components
Must have been a Nov/Dec rush as SBS2008/11 went unsupported in Jan :-)
I had to panic buy 2 servers late Feb (1 weeks notice from client) , a real headache finding something suitable in stock in NZ

You would have thought they might have learnt some lessons from the Thailand Floods and Japan Tsunami about supply chains,
