pals,

I have a server with vmware Esxi installation. I pay around $220 per month to my provider for the hostin. The location is vocus datacenter.

I thought may be someone need a vmware (with one static ipv4) so we can split up the cost. My machine have 32gig memory and 250gig ssd. its quad core. I am using only one machine with 4 core and 8g memory.

Remaining resources are free so if someone wanted a machine. let me know.

Thanks

While this is a great idea to share a Virtual Host in principle unless you are only running Linux VMs you are up for Microsoft SPLA licensing costs

(two individuals can't just use their own Microsoft Licensing on the same physical hardware)
