I'm looking for recommendations of a free CRM application for a Vista PC. (Not web-based or mobile.) Key usage will be Contact Management for approx 50 organisations and 300 individuals. The individuals may be asociated with more than organisation.

Well you'll find it hard to find one for 'off line' the only one I can think of is this .... and it is 'cheaper' for non profit organisation. Sugar CRM and tiny ERP are good free web based/server based ones
