Looking to replace our existing visitor management software / hardware at the office and wondering if anyone out there can recommend anything good. Needs to do all the normal kind of stuff...keep track of who is on site, email / txt the person that the visitors have come to see, have customizable terms and conditions and contactless registration would be a very nice to have. Any suggestions welcome. Thx.

not sure if they do contactless registration as it wasn't a requirement for us but we use https://vistab.co.nz/

Does everything else you've asked for though, including being able to custom brand it with your company name / logo

Locally operated company, great to deal with and very reasonably priced

You can make a lot of changes yourself if you want but its basically a fully managed service and I just get them to make the changes for us when needed

Their privacy and data policies are very good and secure too which was a big bonus for us!

Using WhosOnLocation here. I don't manage it but it looks to be quite a powerful tool.

Have experience with both WhosOnLocation and VisitorRego. Both are products that I would recomend with good support.

I don't have any direct experience but our team have just identified Visitab as our new system to replace Whos on location. They have stated that they have chosen Visitab as above the basics that Whos on location offers, Visitab also provides targeted site induction for different types of visitors (new employees, contractors, external visitors)

one neat feature we have just implemented with vistab as well is group sign in, saves having larger groups of people having to each sign in individually. tested with a group of 10 and over and done with in less than a minute! to easy!

Pretty sure WOL does all of that.
