Hi guys - Got a call from a client for whom outlook wouldn't update while her phone was. Did some testing and confirmed her outlook was connecting but stuck on "Updating Inbox". Then I had two clients both get in touch who handle their staff using Teams, 365 Mail, Sharepoint etc reporting some users having bit issues. Did some testing and confirmed I Can log onto outlook.office365.com fine but can't on a vodafone connection. The clients asked their staff and confirmed 100% of users reporting issues working from home are Vodafone users.

@mobiusnz you've already started one thread on this https://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=40&topicid=289306

If you read the other posts, MS have acknowledged the issue already.

Just trying to get it to more peoples attention as Microsoft acknowledging it won't help as much as it appears to be a Vodafone issue (And its happened before with Vodafone just like this and took time for them to acknowledge it then too).

Microsoft MAY be able to check and confirm its not them and appears to be client network based but will that reach Vodafone?? All Microsoft acknowledging an issue is likely to do is make Vodafone point to that as the cause.
