We can't get our hands on our usual dell usb-c thunderbolt docking stations until June!! so looking for some recommended alterative that will also support power delivery, dual monitors and ethernet at a minimum.

Is anyone using an off brand that reliably does the job? Ive found these but at 1/3 the price we usually pay im wondering if they're going to be more hassle than they're worth?

I'm using one of these to split DisplayPort Alt mode to 2 HDMI Monitors: Buy the Alogic UC2HD-ADP USB-C TO DUAL HDMI 2.0 ADAPTER 4K- 30HZ ( UC2HD-ADP ) online - PBTech.co.nz

Keyboard and Headset connected by USB to Laptop, Mouse via Bluetooth.

Not ideal but it works.

I recently purchased a Caldigit dock from the States via Amazon: https://www.caldigit.com/usb-c-hdmi-dock/

It's got thunderbolt connectivity, with 100W PD, 2 x HDMI monitors, and has gigabit ethernet, usb (A and C) ports, SD card reader...

I use it with two Dell monitors that run at 2560 x 1440 @ 75Hz.

Currently out of stock but these have worked well for dual 1080p monitors, Ethernet and power delivery to a HP ProBook:
