I'm using a NZ based JSON file, however I want to use it on my offshore based hosting and those servers are geo blocked by the server hosting the JSON file.

I simple work around could be getting a NZ server to read the JSON and create a second file which I can read.

Does anyone have any NZ based hosting who'd be willing to host a few pages for me

very weird for it to be geoblocked, suggest you look into that.

otherwise there are plenty of other options to move this 'json' file around

It's not weird, it's completely understandable once you know what it is.

How else can I move the JSON file around. It's being written when it's called so changes consistently.

Sounds like you want to set up a "reverse proxy" to access a server via another server.

...or ask whoever hosts the JSON file to whitelist your overseas server directly and/or implement an authentication mechanism.

Who controls the host that the json file is on? If you do I'd just put a caching CDN in front of it, like CloudFlare.

Cheers guys. The JSON can't be changed as there's very legit reasons why they want it geo blocked.

They're happy for me to read it but my hosting is American based so will always fail.

Not sure this is the right place to help you break controls that according to you are legit and should be blocking you doing what you're trying to do.

What a wild assumption.

There is a file on an NZ server (sounds like someone elses server)
You want to consume it from a US based server.

The NZ server is blocking the US IP address.

Your only option is to have a second NZ based server - there are many threads on this already here), which can download and host the JSON file for the US server to then collect and process?

Here is a thread from 2 days before your own: https://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=86&topicid=293930
