Is anyone using a shared contact solution for Google Workspace? Or just ended up going with a CRM? Any thoughts on what led you to the solution you chose?

Ideally, looking at non-profit pricing around the USD$2 or less per user, e.g. Shared Contacts for Gmail or Patronum
