If there's anyone here from Plan B, I'm needing help to cancel a daily email report for a Plan B S3 storage service that I cancelled back in July. I've sent a few requests to have the report cancelled but the response has been crickets.
It's trivial, I know, and I could just add an email rule to delete it, but it's a niggle and I'd rather treat the cause than the symptom.
