We have a retail customer with a copper connection and a modem from 2011 that seems to have given up the ghost. 

We are looking for someone to attend onsite in Wellington Central with a copper-compatible modem and get them connected again. 

Is anyone available today or tomorrow AM who could potentially help with this?
