Hey there i am in the process of designing my business a website, i was thinking of implementing a zsection where users can submit actual feedback without hassles of logging in. I need ideas and help please

There are some third party services that allow people to provide feedback and can be inserted as scripts on your pages...'

If you are going to develop this yourself you need to be very careful to design it so it is not easy for spammers to abuse and so that it is secure (not vulnerable to cross site scripting)
