Has anyone else seen any problems crop up with emails sent to Dreamscape email accounts from Outlook.com in the last few days?

A few of our clients have had issues. They bounce back with a "Socket error code 10061" error.

Dreamscape seem unaware of any problems.

EDIT: Just found this. It's the same error.

I've never heard of Dreamscape. But you would have to raise the issue to Microsoft as a customer of their service.

My own experience engaging with them was enough to ensure I never select them as an email vendor that I need to depend on for anything, though.

Dreamscape is the company that owns Freeparking and Crazy Domains. Apparently, that error suggests that they are actively blocking Outlook.com emails but they can't tell me why.

We're a week later and still experiencing the same issues. We're starting to move clients away from them.

We've had clients with issues also. We're also moving people away from Dreamscape to M365. They get a bunch of extra features with M365 anyway, so well worth the investment to move.

Outlook.com doesn't use DKIM or DMARC with custom domains, so I assume that's part of it if recipients are enforcing those for successful delivery.

Really interesting point. It could be the issue but Dreamscape are so F@#king useless that they haven't actually given us any clear answer.  We only have access to 1st tier support who are clueless.

We're looking at Google Workspace but I need to get a reseller account with them, which used to be a major drama of it's own.
