I have one customer reporting severe email delays up to an hour lag from when the sender sent it, and likewise,e outgoing

Potentially, unless you are using gateway Email Protection (ours is API Based and we weren't impacted, and neither, it would seem were any of our clients).

Lots of members of my International peer group had pretty rough afternoons it seems.
