Looking for someone to help transfer my hosting at webhostingnz standard hosting to webhostingnz reseller account.

I thought it would be process performed by the host but they are expecting me to do it. I have less than zero knowledge with WHM I only just managed with Cpanel.

There are only 10 -12 websites. I would be happy to buy a case of beer or two for the help

There's quite a lot of work involved in what you want to do.

I'm guessing currently, you have 1 cPanel account that has all websites on it, and what you want to do, is have all websites under their own cPanel accounts?

There's not an easy or quick way to do this. Each website has to be backed up, deleted to remove DNS zones, a new account created in WHM, the website + emails, database etc restored, tested... Last time I did this for 10 or so websites, it took 7ish hours.

Assuming you have multiple hosted domains in your cPanel account, and now want to split them into separate cPanel accounts.

If this is the case, and the domains are classed as "Addon Domains" in your existing cPanel account (not "Parked Domains" redirecting to the same docroot), have your host convert your existing cPanel account to the WHM reseller account.

Once done, you (or the host if they haven't given you permission to see the option) can use the inbuilt "Convert Addon Domain to Account" functionality. This is relatively new, so the host may not be immediately aware of its existence.

Find the domain, click Convert, it'll move it to its own cPanel account - boom!

Hope this helps.
