Xero should partner with some chartered accountants to have a 'live chat' type feature where a xero user can chat with a chartered accountant and ask them questions about anything to do with tax and gst and anything to do with owning a business or being self employed in new zealand. The chartered accountant won't fill out any tax forms, they will just tell people how to fill out the forms themselves and explain how to calculate things. The live chat could be available 24/7 for say an extra $20 a month and people can cancel it whenever they want.

$20 a month for 24/7 access to a Chartered Accountant is just totally unrealistic IMO.

The concept is great though. Perhaps an 8x5NBD email response might be more realistic :o)
