Have a google, there appears to be some which have the paypal logo. Though that may be due to them supporting paypal in their shopping cart packages.

Another option, as I assume you do not have a credit card, is that some will allow you to pay by direct debit, but you will need to pay in advance, and usually for a certain tem. Eg 3-12months.

http://www.quickweb.co.nz , not sure about its shared server plans but they had servers in NZ and USA. I've rent a cheap VPS for a few weeks with them so I cannot say much about their service.

Are you paying or receiving funds?

To receive, it's easy. Set up a PayPal account and include the Donations button on your page. I've done on my blog.

If you need to pay, why not get a debit VISA on a cheque account (like Kiwibank offer). As there is no credit, people 13 or older can have them. It just makes paying online easy and no risk of debt.

@Linuxluver, I think he's already got paypal hence looking for web hosting company that accept one. Yup i agree paypal is really easy to use. We find it very flexible for our clients to pay via paypal and refund can be done in a breeze too unlike paymate!
