Just checked my Technet and spotted MS Office 2010 Professional Plus is available for download! Woot! Claimed my key and downloaded at speedy 1.2Mbit/sec over TelstraClear Cable. SWEET!

It's awesome! Bear in mind the 64 bit version won't install if you have 32 bit Office 2007 or lower installed.

I'm really liking the new Outlook.

Downloaded from MSDN, removing old Office, to install 2010 soon.

No real use to install 64-bit Office unless you do super-calculating-computing. Beside all add-ins and VBA Macros will need to be 64-bit compatible. 32-bit Office will work fine on 64-bit Windows via WOW64.

Or if you have a gigantic Outlook data file ;)

On the plus side, you'll be virtually immune to macro viruses!
