Hi There!

Anyone have the name and number of a local manager who speaks reasonable english? I have an ongoing drama for 3 months over supply of a server for a client (ugh) and the fact they charged me twice and 10 weeks on still waiting for my refund?

Did you pay for the goods on Credit card?  If so, talk to your bank about getting the money back.  (Point out that you have tried to communicate to no avail).

Ring the 0800 number and ask to speak to a supervisor.  Be polite but firm.  Don't accept a return call - insist that you speak to the supervisor.  If you don't understand the person on the end of the phone, tell them you don't understand them and need to be transferred to someone else you can understand.

Record as much as you can - write down who you spoke to etc.

Hope that helps.

I've emailed one of the Dell guys I know. This doesn't fall under his area, but he may be able to put someone in contact with you who can help.

Networkn: I've been in contact with Dell. One of the guys there has asked for your details so he can get hold of you and resolve this. Can you PM me your contact details (name, email, phone) and I'll pass them on to the team at Dell?

Cheers
Buzzy
