So i have been working on a new site and it's almost ready to go, went to add it to google using this url:

and i get this were the captcha should be:

"If you can read this you do not have images enabled. No problem just leave the textbos below empty."

I do have images enabled, and i have tried in 3 browsers.

and their is a problem, if i try to add a url with no text in the captcha box i get a 404 error.

Is the site like this for anyone else?
