Hi

I'm working in computer support at a high school.

I'm looking for software that I can easily enter and track the maintenance history on all our PCs. Scheduling and reminders etc would be handy as well.

What are people using for this type of thing?

Need something free or cheap.

Cheers

SysAid has what you are after as well as being a full featured helpdesk system etc.

Theres a free version if you want to try it out.

Its been running here at my work for about 5 years now I believe, Ive been in charge of it for 3 of those.

Thanks for the suggestions.  I'll take a look at those.
