Hi There!

I must be stupid, but for the life of me I cannot work out what address I need to enter during the registration details to download. I have tried this customers address every which way I can think of it, and nothing works. It just says it can't find a match for the address I have entered!

Anyone else had this issue and know the solution?

Yep, I had the same problem, I just put in Microsoft's address. IMHO, iIf they aren't willing to accept the correct information then they can hardly complain.

They have a crazy engine for address lookups, last time I had to use a fake Chch address for a Blenheim customer, but suprisingly it works pretty well for US addresses.
Just google any US address and put it there :)
