I am posting this in the hope that someone from Domainz might be on here, or someone knows how to get hold of them!

I have tried their phone numbers but their 0800 366 2469 number goes through to a different company and their 04 473 4567 number goes through to a full mailbox and disconnects me.

I have sent them an email, but really need to effect a change ASAP.

Any help from anyone would be great!

Edit, my bad, the 0800 number does go through to them from a landline, but again transfers to a full mailbox!

The numbers are correct but after hours I presume it just goes into a mailbox which is full.

They should reply to email during the weekend. Cant you make changes yourself in the control panel?

The previous IT support has given me details on getting to the control panel, but it appears those details are wrong.

Hopefully they will respond soon. I find it a bit slack that there is no after hours phone support or at very least a voice message that says this rather than a full mailbox.
