I don't think we need to worry about Blizzard,Electronic Arts and CCP Games pulling their online game services from nz since they haven't said a word about it and if they were considering pulling their services from nz them we would have heard from them by now.

Ok, if you insist: company taxes were raised in 1985 and GST was introduced in 1986. Microsoft has been selling stuff in NZ since 1981. Are you happy now? They're NOT going to leave.

True,true as a matter of fact there's an ongoing issue in Ireland about Appple paying very little tax.

And they are the consumer for quite a lot of stuff, for example, paper. Also, there is a compliance cost associated with passing on the GST to the consumer.
