Heard around the grapevine a new Chorus Executive will be appointed by 19th August. Anyone else heard anything?

When is the shareholder vote to approve the de-merger? Don't they need to get hopping on that ASAP so Chorus2 (or whatever it ends up being called) can get down to business....
