Hi all I recently got a pre owned samsung galaxy j2 but been having problems with it last night it froze up the touch pad while still running hit the soft reset using the buttons and now its stuck on the logo screen it has done this atleast twice now but the last time it came right again but this time its been stuck on the logo screen all I can access is the custom OS menu at the moment

would I need to take it in for repairs or is there anything else I can do?
