Hi,

I have an old Nokia 7Plus phone that was bought from Spark and gets pulled out every so often to test things.

I switched to 2Degrees a few months ago and bought another SIM so I could share data.  I loaded this into the Nokia and it worked fine in July but now it does not connect and when I go into Networks it shows 2Degress as forbidden.

Is this something can be undone by rolling back an update or is it bigger picture than that?

Thanks for any clarification,

Nick

Does it work with any other SIM?

Does said sim also work in any other phone?

Is the IMEI blacklisted or the Prepaid number expired for non topup?

Thanks for the replies.

We tried the SIM in my daughter's phone that is an unlocked Pixel 3 and it showed the same, so maybe it is the SIM rather than the phone.  They both show Spark as OK but Vodafone and 2Degress as forbidden.

I logged in to the 2Degress site and it doesn't show warnings about the SIM but I will grab a new SIM and see if that works.

Thanks again for the tips.
