Does anyone here fully understand what's going on with the wireless charging on the S25? I'm getting mixed messages from articles about whether the S25 has magnets for Qi2 charging, or if you need the special case for that? I bought a silicone case and a magnetic case as part of my order - I'm guessing/assuming that I need the magnetic case to be able to attach magnetic Qi2 accessories, is that right?

No magnets built in, you need the cases with magnets for Qi2 magnetic charger or normal wireless charging without magnets.

Meant to be faster charging from what I have seen.

What cases are people getting with their Ultra and screen protector. I have been looking around on Amazon, any good places to get from NZ?

QI and QI2 are both 15W, but QI2 is magnetic, basically magsafe for android, though it's expected there may be some QI2 chargers capable of upto 30w eventually. This won't help you any, as the S25 Ultra uses 15w charging only. A bugbear considering both the Oppo and Oneplus charge faster both wirelessly and wired.

Based on my reading today, you're not quite correct. There is a new standard that has been introduced called "Qi2 Ready". This gives you the same charging speed as Qi2, but doesn't have the magnets. A "Qi2 Ready" device needs an additional accessory that adds the magnets to make it equivalent to a Qi2 device. So the combination of the S25 and the magnetic case, will effectively upgrade it from Qi2 Ready to Qi2. Or something like that! It's very confusing...

What's the story when using a screen protector with the S25 Ultra, I'm reading it prevents the anti-reflecting screen feature, is that true? I've just ordered a cheapie hydrogel screen protector from Ali.

Is that why the one Samsung sells is an anti-reflecting film ($45), so basically that's the only one we can choose from to buy if we want to keep anti-reflection?

Anyone know of any good quality magsafe car vent holders that also include a cooling fan?

There's this one at PB Tech but can't really see anything us similar available in NZ.

Also, how about a good magsafe powerbank with stand, any feedback on this 10K Anker one?

Also received that notification this morning. Even though it says 'handed over to the courier for delivery', when you go on to the website it says 'We are preparing your order for shipment'. At least it sounds like it may get here some time this week!
