Has anyone experienced the S23U WiFi issue outlined here?

Issue is when the phone is connected to WiFi, it gets no internet. It appears to only affect S23U that are connected to a WiFi 6 router, no issue connecting to a WiFi 5 router.

I personally haven't experienced this issue.

Yes I have this issue - though not on all WiFi 6 routers.  It only impacts my one at home, and not my one in the office

It depends.. Have you tried to use the app to get a price?
If you got a price offer from it, you should hopefully be OK.
If not..
It's absolutely useless.
I spent over 2 weeks trying to buy an S22 Ultra from the deal that finished just after Christmas. I was going back and forth via email with the trade in company while they requested this info and that info about my phone (S21 Ultra) to be told that it should work fine. It didn't, so they told me they'll look into it further and come back. 2 unanswered follow up emails after that, the promotion finished and I have no new phone. Even complaining to Samsung went no where. Just brushed off with they can't do anything about the trade in as it is the different place that manages it.
Of course, I try it now and it works.. but I get $500 less than I would have got with the offer that I wanted.
On a side note, they offered me a10% discount code, which I asked if it had an expiry to be told no it doesn't.. I go to use it just over 2 weeks later and guess what.. It doesn't work anymore.
At this point I gave up and still have my old phone 🤷‍♂️

I'm sure others have had good experiences though, I imagine it depends whether the app gives you an offer at the start 🙂

The WiFi issue has hit me this morning after the latest update last night 🙄

Had to switch the mesh units to WiFi 5 mode as a workaround until Sammy sends out another update to fix this, whenever that will be...

They're usually pretty good at fixing breakage.

Assuming you are also getting a S23U, my advice would be to hold off running the latest update with 1st Feb security patch until Sammy pushes another update to fix the wifi issue

Turning off random Mac address fixed it for me running unifi wifi 6

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.

On the phone:

Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > click on the clog next to your SSID > expand "View more" > MAC address type > change from Randomised MAC to Phone MAC

Okay so this WiFi issue is very much becoming a problem for me.

Thought it was Private DNS. Turned it off. Nope still happening.
Randomised MAC? Nah
Maybe it's an 802.11AX issue? Same issue reoccurs on a HG659 vs my Asus RT-AX3000.

It's great that my plan is unlimited but I should not have to do this.
The problem literally occurs at random.

Hope an update drops to fix this.
