Have you tried using adb and execute this command “adb shell dumpsys deviceidle disable"
I've read enough Reddit posts to remember that it pays to reformat the phone to iron out the bugs - even from new.

OP can just search on Reddit how to fix notifications on Oppo there have been a few threads on certain fixes he can try. I wonder if Oppo phones that have been bought locally in NZ experience notifications issues as well. From what I read it’s the China versions that have issues with notifications but some threads mentioned it happens on Global versions as well.
Can you confirm if Wifi Calling is working on all 3 carriers please?

Just need to locate a Vodafone sim, 2D and Spark are a yes
Got the notification issue sorted. Buried deep in settings.
Forgot how good Oppo haptics were.

Phone all set up, went smooth as you like.
Think the Xiaomi is slightly nicer to hold in the hand, however the lack of lens rattle is lovely.
VOLTE is working on Spark I am pleased to say.
Good to hear VOLTE works, on Spark at least.
I am not familar with the Xiaomi lens rattle, but that doesnt sound like fun. Is it nicer in the hand due to weight balance, or something else? Does the X9 feel like you are going to drop it or something?
Was there any form of phone case in the box? I see Giztop has a few official options you can buy - Did you get any of those?
The US adaptor that came in the box, what sort of wattage is it? Given they are all switchmode, it should work with a basic adaptor and will handle multi voltage/freq no problem, but stick out of the wall horribly sadly.
Curious what call quality is like, compared to other phones you have. If the sound quality is good, and if the microphone quality on the other end sounds good too. I remember seeing some reviews early on about them being average, but havent seen more on that subject for a while, so maybe it was fixed?
Any updates waiting for you when you turned it on, or was it fully up to date?
The Xiaomi rattle ist just the monster 1" sensor
The Xiaomi just feels a little flatt form wise and a bit wider so the hands sit around it a bit more comfortably, I'm sure it'll feel similar after a couple days
There is a case in the box, photo below. The charger is 100w.
Call quality is fine, clear, no issues. Think the Xiaomi was more clear though.
No updates out of the box.

U planing camera kit or watch with it ?

Yep, will get the X3 and earth explorer kit.
Any issues with the lens fogging up when you go outside in the cold?
And any static sounds as you take a video across different zoom lenses?
Ta!

I am personally wanting to get the Oppo X3 watch. Not sure about the camera kit though, from everything I have watched on it, yes its great, but I question how often I would actually use it. Not sure I can justify the price for how much use it would actually see in reality - the camera itself is going to do 99% of what I would ever need anyway. I am sure I would go out and do dedicated photo sessions if I had the camera kit - but for $599 USD or whatever it is... not sure.
Quite a decent review on the Oppo X3, vs the Google and Samsung options, if anyone is curious. https://youtu.be/Cvwrg35RbaU

I am rocking the OnePlus Watch 3, which the Oppo Watch X3 is very similar design wise, just different case material stainless steel vs titanium and also similar battery capacity so I see no reason to change to X3 at this stage.
Internally I am still struggling with which one to pull the trigger on - save myself $$ by going with OP15 or splash out for the X9 Ultra.
The price difference is mainly the camera tech and I am questioning whether it's worth spending the extra $$ when I don't really care too much about the camera, despite how good the reviews are.
Another option is wait for Find X10 series and OP16 (which has a risk of not being available globally) since it's around 2 months away from announcement (if the rumors are to be believed..)

Totally, its always a weigh up unless you are flush for cash aye :) When you stand back and think about paying 3K for a freaking phone, it does make you wonder about want vs need and what else could those funds go into.
I have a Samsung watch 5 Pro at the moment, and I am a bit sick of it, the battery often wont last the day, it takes too long to charge, and it can get extremely sluggish to the point of not responding during some tasks. So the X3 is looking pretty good for me for that.
Camera wise, yeah if you dont want camera benefits, then the X9 Ultra might not be the best pick. There are other phones with the same performance without the fancy cameras. Have you seen the Nubia Redmagic ones with the water cooling? Those are pretty slick, with faily mid range cameras on them - since the purpose of them is not about the cameras.
Given how long its taken the X9 Ultra to be available to get here in any form, I suspect the X10 is going to be quite some time after launch before we get a look in to even being able to import it. OP15/OP16, I havent looked at.
