kandjc: stevenz..........can you please post a link to your phone on amazon..........I can't get it to that price.
Thanks
timmmay: Coming from the note3 I think you may find the look and feel slightly lacking. It's a great budget phone, but it's still a budget phone. To me the large bezel isn't very attractive, and I'd really miss the hardware button on the front.
stevenz: Total cost of a 16GB Moto G from Amazon.com via YouShop = NZ$268.
Price for the same on TradeMe = ~$400.
I've got 2 on the way via separate shipments, one for the fiancee, and if I like it, then my Note 3 goes on TradeMe and I keep the other one, if not, then I sell the MotoG.
Ordered the replacement back from elsewhere as it was cheaper, they seem to be either sold out or being almost scalped.

wasabi2k: My wife is on Telecom with her Moto G.
She's fine with stock Android - previously had SonyEriccson Android and Galaxy S2 - so no major.

timmmay: I don't think I'd want a hardware button on a tablet. I tend to turn it on and use it for a while, reading in front of TV, watching a movie, etc. My phone I pick up dozens of times a day, to set or view reminders, check my email, make calls, etc, etc, etc. The front button is a much easier way to wake up the phone when it's on a desk than having to pick it up every time.

timmmay: I'd never heard of double tap to wake before today. Can it work with the Moto G?
