My account at PB Tech shows the S7 order as "picking" and "pending courier pickup" and there is a ticket number with NZ Courier Post listed. It's been that way since Friday (yesterday) morning.

Hmm. So has the courier picked it up and I'll see it this morning and PB Tech was just slack about updating their web info in my account?

Or is it on back-order? I would have thought it would say so if it was.

It's only 08:20am on Saturday. I'm thinking I should see it soon / sometime today...or on Monday...I guess.

I've looked through this thread and so far I haven't seen mentions of the dual sim feature from those of you that have got the phone already. So just wondering if the phone does in fact have a hybrid sim tray?

This can happen. You learn to be careful how you hold it. (Based on my experience with the SGS6 Edge). Also, when taking photos of things slightly overhead, be caureful the screen can't see your fingertips or the camera may not respond to touching the shutter button.I also found that sometimes trying to place the cursor at the very beginning of a line of text (or to paste there) can be challenging.

The Edge phone is more 'touchy' than the non-Edge phone, but it's also survivable with care. :-) I really like the feel of it.

Once you've charged and discharged your battery a few times you should notice a difference in battery.

Picked up a couple from the Samsung kiosk at Sylvia Park today. Haven't had a chance to set it up yet.

Pretty happy with S7 battery, got a day and a half on first discharge. Can only improve.

And's it's fired up to about 45% with about a half hour of charge powered off. With fast charge and battery packs, you would have to say removable batteries are no longer needed.

I also feel the S7 has a better battery life than my S6 edge. Mashmallow seems to run a lot faster too

I went from S6 edge to S7. Didn't go for the edge because the screen is too big and the edge is pretty much useless for me.

Many reviews say the S7 is the choice if you want a small phone. It's only a couple of years ago that a 5.1" was a large phone! How times change.

I came from a Z2 and skipped the edge as I didn't want to go any bigger. And only after a couple of days use, I'm enjoying having a "small" phone again
