Considering cancelling my order and taking PBtech to the small claims tribunal for emotional distress since it's not here within 2 minutes of the earliest delivery I have heard of.

I'm not sure how I can carry on with this archaic note8, I tried to use it this morning to make a call and it barely worked. This is affecting my business and my mental health.

If it doesn't have Android Pie by the end of the week as well I'll be including Samsung, Spark, Telstra, AT&T, BT, Fonterra, Trademe, Johns Saddlery and Palmers Garden Centres in my court claim.

MrAmerica: It does have a clear case. 2 x S Pens? I got the Samsung deal as I am trading in my S7.

when i got note 2 and showing to a friend after having for 5 minutes, friend dropped spen and it happened to land on nib which resulted in spen being broken and having to replace(no warranty). ended up paying $40 and waiting 1 month to get new one so wish back then had a second pen.

You can get it from any authorised dealer to get the trade-in bonus, not just exclusive to the Samsung NZ store.

You can still do the trade in if you buy from PB tech or one of the other retailers. That's what I understand from the terms and conditions and what the sales people say.

Buying from Samsung only gets you the free s pen and free screen replacement. To get that you give up the $200 off for using the 2 degrees finance and the bundle of free stuff PB tech gives you.

I would be keen on a s pen if anyone wants to recoup costs. I am after the black one.

Looks like they've changed the terms of the trade in promo. You can only trade in one phone per Note 9 now , it said two when I checked a few days ago

Arrived this morning, called the good lady who works from home, she kindly offered to open it while I'm at work.
The thought was oh so distressing.
Productivity today- mediocre at best

What ashame! I have a Note 3 and a S6 edge factory set ready to be traded in once the N9 arrives, well $95 less in trade in value for the Note 3.
