Is it me or anyone else, when you check your order in the Samsung website, it just spins around.  Is there a web browser where this doesn't happen, i cannot check the status at the moment.

 

 

 

The bit where you click on "View Details" is where it tries to load the page.

 

 

Did you place your order through EPP or Student Portal? If so, you have to go back to that portal to check the order status. 

 

The order will still show on the normal Samsung site, but as you said, it just spins around when you try to open the details. I speak from experiencing this too.

Is there anyone having issues paying on the EPP site? I can't seem to complete a purchase on either the Education store or the EPP site. It seems to be broken for a number of days?

 

Basically after you put in your credit card number and hit pay the site says the transaction cannot be completed. The bank has no record of any transactions either.

Done ATL request in NZPost but the courier decided not to leave it and dropped a pick up card so nothing to play with tonight😂

That's rare that couriers would even ask for signatures these days so I reckon glass half full it's better to have a more cautious courier 😅

Yep I'm not at home today either and missed courier,  was at home Tuesday and Wednesday hoping for the local delivery though. 

 

Probably earliest redeliver option will be Tuesday now, sigh.

Samsung replied to my email on 4th Feb   was totally different to your answer to yours, so iam confused ?Jade Green is mine.

 

"Upon checking, your order is currently on “shipping requested” status, meaning, a unit has already been allocated for you. You will be receiving email once it’s already out for delivery together with the shipping details. Standard turnaround time for the delivery is 5-7 working days depending on the level of congestion at NZ Post"

 

 

That what I was told also, but I think that is not true, because I know from experience that as soon as a phone is allocated, you can no longer cancel the order (and usually the IMEA # is shown on the order) - and I can still cancel.

Courier Post from One NZ didn't seem to mind the ATL.  Though they didn't fully read the bit where I said "put through cat flap".

Cancelled my Green order and went for a blue standard one, ETA shipping is today had enough waiting.

 

 

 

Funnily enough one of my other codes stacked so ended up trading 128Gb 15 Pro and cost $106 for the upgrade

Finally picked it up at 1657 and charging for setup, do have sig required no ATL on shipping label

 

Nice build and an alignment tool is included in anti reflect film pack, made it pretty easy

Certainly testing my patience as well, order been preparing for 3 days with no update

 

They should clearly say you may be waiting for weeks on speciality orders 

 

Worse part you cover it with a  black cover so what's the point I say ...I was going for magsafe clear get the accessories.....

I ordered mine which is jet black on the 24th of Jan, it's been preparing order for about 4 days i think now. With a public holiday in that too. 

 

 

 

Should be getting it next week, well i hope anyway.

I've Cancelled my order as well going for blue...and already in preparing order state. 

 

 

 

On a side note I didn't even know that you needed a 5amp cable to get maximum 45w charge speed for s24 ultra 

 

When I thought it said super fast charging was only 25w .this is so sad, learn this after a nearly a year with it lol and no samsung didn't supply the 5amp cable with the phone  which really should have told us ...

 

Apparently all this issue has been fixed with s25 ultra the cable comes with the phone can now charge to 45w 

 

It should say super fast. Charging 2.0
