Nah never lie on trademe, it's the truth I lost my student allowance this year and I'm a bit tight for cash at the moment. But after selling my magic and nexus I'll be able to buy another one or perhaps wait for the price to go down or something else to come out idk..

Mine appears to have cleared customs in AKL and is again in transit - hopefully to Welly. No requests for payment so far. Hopefully I will see it tomorrow.

PaulsNZ: A "trojan" can be a virus with certain atributes...or it can be a useful program you want to do a job you want done. The virus checker can't tell the difference all the time.....it just looks for certain characteristics and reports them when it finds them. It may be a virus....or it may be that the program looks like a virus because it uses exploits to do stuff you want it to do.

Just looking at the latest version of "Hotspot shield" doesn't have the Genetik Trojan as part of the install (like the older version) BUT downloads it after all the OTHER SpyWare that it wants to install!! The GeneTik trojan is a key-logger so I would suggest that anyone who has installed this APP would be at risk of privacy / theft of Bank details etc. I wouldn't install this BOGUS software IF You paid me!. Only SHEEP without a clue would trust this software! Cheers

You can advertise if you follow the rules. You have to post in our Offers and Wanted forum. Instead you spammed the threads with your offer.

Hmm, just to clarify, the Nexus One charger is a 100-240v device so the adapter is merely a pin configuration device.

I'm supposed to respect my elders, but it's getting harder and harder for me to find one now.

According to TM it's still illegal to sell in NZ, even if it's a quality switching-mode 100-240v supply and has a certified pin adapter: "It has to be a NZ charger, you can't sell a US one even with an adapter" -- but then the guy I spoke to on their incredibly unhelpful 0900 service was a little clueless himself and clearly hadn't been trained on it...

I'm looking to buy one now as well,  parallelimported.co.nz have them in stock from Auckland so you may like to check that out as an option if you haven't already.  Not sure how much dearer they are than going via google but possibly close enough to be worth considering.  i believe others here have commented parallelimported are good to deal with but if I'm wrong I'm sure the community will let us know.  There are a few other NZ suppliers with them in stock as well as some Aussie sites.

I'm also still tempted by the SE X10.  Mind you, I need to pony up and buy a smartphone so I can stop spending so much time following them and start enjoying one :-)  Is the old issue of always waiting for the next best thing and ending up with nothing.
