Think im getting my phone today.. Just waiting.....

Edit: Also, I say that whoever gets their phone first (Or a mod?), should make a separate thread otherwise this thread will be 5x and 6P, which could make it a bit confusing?

Yup, just waiting on a call from Noel Leeming to say I can come collect my 6P (I got the bundle with the Huawei watch).

sep11guy:

As a note of interest, all of Google's logistics for NZ are handled by Expansys Hong Kong.

Does the product packaging have expansys labelling on it / or something else.

The only evidence of Expansys is on the shipping label as the sender.
Otherwise it's all Google inside including the invoice.

Anyone got the call yet?

I didn't pre-order and gave them a stock call today and they said they don't have any yet.

The pre-order link is still up on their site.

I want to preorder but CBF driving in to Noel Leeming to apply my discount then coming home empty handed.  WIll just wait till they have stock I think.

I don't see demand being high enough to necessitate a preorder anyway...

feel free to correct me if I'm wrong though and ill rush in and get it sorted :)

My understanding from my trip to the website out of curiousity was that they indicated they availability was 'mid-November'.

sorry to be a buzzkill

**Noob question**

Currently have a HTC One M7 which takes a micro sim, the Nexus 6P takes the nano sim?

Can I get my Micro Sim cut, or do I need a new sim?

As far as I know you can have it cut, but it's recommended to just get a new sim card.

Make sure to do a backup before trying.

lNomNoml: Listings are starting to show on PBTech:

Updated news, PBTech will have them in stock on the 9th, only Graphite colour unfortunately, for now.

Any local stores have cases yet. I want to get a case just for the first week or so until I get used to the bigger phone.

Another quick update.
My 64gb aluminium 6P has just shipped directly from Google.
Hopefully here before the end of the week!

Nice! I have a 64GB Frost on order from Google. Hoping it will ship today, it's been in "Processing" since yesterday, usually a sign it's about to ship.
