FWIW, the Android v5.1.1 upgrade worked for me without a problem. Took a while though.

Nice.  WIll update my wife's old one tonight before reassigning it.

She liked the phone but the camera was notably not at sharp as her iPhone 5C, so it got swapped out.

your battery has to be over 40% and is quicker if connected to charger.

I got the update yesterday. Haven't noticed a whole lot of changes, although Solid Explorer can now write to the SD Card without force closing.

Received the update late last night.  Only notice some added animations here and there.

The support for Semble seems to be taking forever, hopefully we get that soon.

That was fairly simply and painless..... now the wait for 6.0 and the hopeful update to enable QC2.0 :P

Am impressed that the NZ version got update relatively quickly behind the initial SU6 5.1 updates

Phone feels like it has had a kick in the guts and running a bit quicker which is nice, could be a placebo but hey either way its a feelgood!!

Still really enjoying this phone, I'd love a Nexus 6P but my brain simply cannot compute the cost differential versus benefit, a better camera was the biggest drawcard but then i saw sense and bought a DSLR to compliment this phone win win same overall cost

My Smart Ultra 6 came unlocked brand new and it works with a skinny sim card. lol

Of course it doesn't support all the necessary bands so if you going out of town (Auckland) you will get no signal, so not really suitable for skinny use.

Really doubt the Smart Ultra 6 will get 6.0.
