It's not Spark that pushes out the update it's Samsung

Spark need to say something to Samsung then as 30 odd other updates/counties have rolled out since the Vodafone and 2degrees releases.

You could always side load android 10 onto your S9 with the Samsung smart switch software from your PC as I did.

You can't side load something that still doesn't exist..

And still nothing for spark

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Can't comment. But just so everyone is aware, it's not as simple as going new update push out.

There is actually a team of people (for every provider) that test to make sure it correctly functions on the network.
Although not relevant for the s9, things like esim add complexity and thus time to that task.

These folk really work hard on ensuring the software doesn't break things

Guessing our first world problems of no Android 10 is rapidly reducing in focus given the call centre issues and wider national working arrangements.

is this a new firmware, thus requires a factory reset?

The little things make the biggest difference.
