I ordered my s25U 512GB Jet Black on the launch date(23/1/2025). I did not receive any update or reply from Samsung. I called the call centre yesterday and they told me to send them via email (estore exclusive support). 

 

 

 

I sent the email last night. I received an update at 11 am that the courier was picking up my device and it's on the way.

The same happened with me. I called then sent the email last night and this morning my order changed to Shipped. Not sure if the email was the cause as I only got a generic "We apologise for the delay" response back.

What's the support email as the existing one sends out an auto reply asking you to fill in a form?

Trying find out same. (We are preparing your order for shipment) Orders are picked to be shipped but courier label hasn't been applied yet.

My S25+ was delivered this afternoon, but the status remained as "awaiting dispatch" for another 2 hours.  Fortunately, someone was at home.
