I'm loving the Cyanogen flavoured Lollipop experience so far. The built in root and privacy manager is nicely done. I suspect I may not be a one time flasher. Already looking forward to Marshmallow...
I'm still trawling through cameras. I can't find a good one yet. My requirements are: save to extSD, true HDR (not some fake effect), panorama.
Any suggestions gratefully accepted.
I think I've found my camera. Snap Camera HDR. I've just signed up for the beta testing program so I can get more features (apparently Samsung specific options like pause video). So far so good.
On a side note, I mentioned earlier about restoring apps from TiBu. Well I have had a bit of strife with Viber. I've had to wipe it out and go for a fresh install, unfortunately there seems to be no way of restoring chat history. I had tried some greenifying and was trying gcm push when I backed it up, so that could have had a detrimental effect on the restore success.
Based on what I'd read (and I did a fair bit) I stayed away from using TiBu to restore apps. Sounds like you've done alright though. I was unable to find a decent camera app for custom ROM's (OmniROM and CM) and with a small child got so frustrated with missing out on capturing various moments I actually went back to stock - rooted, debloated and running Apex launcher.
From my elementary testing snap camera is awesome, in fact, so far better than the stock camera. I haven't tried video yet tho. I love the HDR implementation, and it all feels professional, unlike most of the tacky cameras on play store. AND it's from Kiwiland!
