Can you cancel? Just give another Warehouse Stationery store a ring and see what happens. Its worth it for the saving you will be making

Hi everyone. First ever post woOt!!

Followed this forum for years and thought I'd finally sign up and contribute.

I wasn't a member prior to GZ's Nexus 6P promo so I was looking for other ways to get some deal as I was going to pre-order/buy one.

Thank you mrtoken for your find. I managed to pre-order one today at WHS Royal Oak. Nexus 6P 64GB for $960.

I saw on the assistants screen that we technically couldn't pre-order until Tuesday 27th Oct, but he was fine about it and made it work. In fact he was just as excited as I was.

Hope this helps others, and offer finishes today so get in quick!

I just tried WHS Petone and they wanted to check they could order it first, before they would put an order through. They're going to phone me later in the week so I doubt I'll get it at the sale price. He was pretty surprised and was wondering why he couldn't find it on their website.

I went in store and got one pre-ordered. They didn't take any money but said I would be able to get it at the special price once it came in. The thing he printed out said 'target date 09/11/15'

I paid for mine in full today and got a deposit receipt. They will call me to pick up the item when it arrives. I imagine it will be early to mid November.

Pre-ordered mine today. The staff did say they were told this morning that stock will be in store in the weekend, ready for launch 2nd November. OMG OMG OMG - Can't wait :)

Edited: Didn't get the full 20% but got me self 5% off.

Petone ordered me one and have just rung saying it's arrived so they're in stock. Store manager, who I spoke with on Sunday, rang earlier in the week to say he could order it but it was at full price. Am trying to get him to change that considering they had it online at $680.

Atm just putting all my apps on it, so far so good. Though I have noticed that I have to be quite forceful to plug in/out the usb-c plug, has anyone else noticed that too?

I got a call this morning saying it was ready to be picked up. My jubilation lasted only a little while as he called back again and said it can only be picked up on the 2nd of November.

If you don't mind me asking, which WHS branch did you get it from? I will try to pester them into handing it to me tomorrow.
