Hey guys,

 

 This sounds odd - looks to be info passed through from Samsung's repair team on the face of it. If you can email the details (Name, branch he hit up, order/repair reference number) through to our head of web sales at paul.barr@pbtech.co.nz, I'll have a chat with the mobile product manager and get this escalated with Samsung directly.
