Well technically it's still in beta.

But it is way better than the old interface.

Having had a few days now to tinker with the beta UI - I'm completely satisfied that this move is a good one! The UI seems a lot snappier in general to the older one, moving between items in the menu is a complete breeze.

Having audio controls down on the bottom bar (when not in a phone call) is fantastic. Pet peeve was having to change from nav, back to audio, and vice versa constantly if I wanted to change something in Spotify etc.

All in all, hopefully they keep adding to it!

Is anybody else seeing full album downloads from Spotify playing with the tracks in alphabetical order rather than album order?

Not sure if it's Android Auto or the Spotify app that's causing the problem.

Either way, it's pretty annoying.

How do you force a LG V30+ to get this update?

My wife hates her current AA experience.

I was excited for a minuite. My phone has the update, I turned it on but noticed no difference. I then saw it was for connected car screens only. Im currently looking at my options to upgrade my car audio to have bluetooth wont be getting a car with android auto anytime soon.
