Im not talking about the network recording it, Im talking about me getting a log of it. This is why I hate places that try to take things offline and want meetings or calls about stuff. If I email someone, I have a log of what I said, when I said it, they reply, I have that logged. No questions about what it said. 

 

 

 

My solution to that is to send them a brief email after the meeting/call: -

"Dear Bob,

Thanks for meeting with we today.  The purposes of this email is to confirm we agreed the following: -

X

Y

Z

Regards ..."

You will have some electronic record of call taking place and you may have calendar record of the meeting time and date.
