Found my messages.

The messages are in the Spark App.

To access in the App: 'Help', scroll down to 'Message us' (purple button).

In there are the text messages.

Alternatively, on a PC at the relevant web page, scan a QR Code with your phone and the link will take you directly to the same screen above. I think this is what I initially did.
