Review units.

As I mentioned, I attended the lunch event two weeks ago, but unlike previous times, they didn't have the units ready to distribute to the attendees. So it just arrived today.

Can I have (buy) the watch after you've finished with the review lol

Just arrived. Ask me any question.

Enjoy them you lucky bugger! You mentioned review units, do you post your reviews somewhere?

Im keen to hear about a few things:

  1. Battery life on Fold and if there is any improvement on cameras since fold 5
  2. Thoughts on watch ultra - does it have that typical samsung watch lag or is it finally as smooth as apple watch?

I don't think the Fold6's camera has changed from the Fold5, but the Flip6 has new cameras.

The watch feels nice and responsive. I've just calibrated it for blood pressure (you need to use a cuff BP monitor to calibrate it for the first three readings).

I am posting a couple of pictures soon.

Just comparing my Fold4 with the new Fold6... Notice the hinge change and how much thinner the Fold6 is now:

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

Yes the lenses havent changed (except for new ultrawide lens in the new fold 6) but the ISP has changed and we should see some level of improvement.

How does the Watch Ultra feel when worn - does it feel much weightier and is it comfortable?

It's bigger than I thought it would be compared to my Withings 42mm

It's comfortable to wear, and the screen is a good size for interacting.

The live compass on the default watch face is a nice touch. It definitely looks like a sports watch.

Thanks for that.

Considering the Watch 7 44mm has the same screen size and 99% similar functionality but comes with a smaller battery, which one would you rather wear? I know this is personal opinion but keen to hear your thoughts anyway.

Has anyone seen demos of the Watch Ultra out in shops yet? I've only seen the Watch 7.

That watch shape is awful it’s like to product managers had a knife fight on the shape and they both lost.
