GoodTech. I swear by them -- in a good way! Bought at least 3 over the last 5 years, and completely happy.

Scott3:

so I predict a bunch of new in box S22 128gb's on the various marketplaces soon.

this happened years ago with one model and I think a free s10e (the small screen one). They all ended up on TM. But prices are pretty low for the older base models of all brands as is.

I bought a refurbished Macbook M2 from the Apple store late last year and when it arrived, it looked brand new - it was in the original packaging and there was not a visible mark anywhere on it (trust me I looked hard). As soon as I set it up I checked the battery health and it was on 100% with one charge cycle. Assuming it had previously been used, they must have put a brand new battery in as part of the refurbishment process.

Historically I've had nothing but trouble when buying refurbished items (1-Day.co.nz was a nightmare!!), but the Apple experience has been top notch. I'm currently considering buying a refurbished Apple watch - it's about $150 less than RRP - around an 18% saving.

Not sure about the best company but my employer has Green Gadgets listed as an option for refurbished devices.

I haven’t purchased from them but they have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and their website has useful information.
