kiwijunglist: Interesting i didn't realise my phone had limited market.

You've got an SGS, right? Mine works fine on the market (or at least in finding Angry Birds), but I'm running an official firmware release (JM1). What are you running? There are market fixes available to make the whole market accessible.

Access can be depended on phone, region and Android OS version.

For example, people who don't have Android v2.2 generally can't see Adobe Flash Player 10.1 in the Market. That's because it won't work on their phones.

If you fiddle with the build.prop and some other bits in the phone's system area (root required) you can get 100% access....but your phone still can't run Flash Player if you haven't got Android v2.2 and ARMv7 processor.

My recommendation is DO NOT download Angry Birds. Period.

It's a fact - you will not get anything done ever again.

I thnk it may be as addictive as crack.

This is just so true. I'm home sick and have spent hours and hours playing AB's on Galaxy S. I have got "three stars" on each level except for L.7 which is driving me nuts! Have spent about three hours on L.7 alone.

Hmm, worrying! Having only got to the 2stars on 66% of the levels point, what will the withdrawal symptoms be like when I get to the end? :-)

I spent a fair bit of time on level 4 until i realised the little birds can become three little birds...and the timing and angle of attack can varied.

If you tap them near (just b4 IIRC?) the peak of the arc, them come in one after the other on the SAME spot...whereas different time produce different spreads. Can be very powerful....drilling into the piggy fort.

There are several types of birds that do different things if you tap the screen once they have been launched. In the full version there is a wider range of birds that do such things.
