June 18th to 17th July. I suppose it wouldn't work out too bad, you could order and pay for your own one, just send it to the same address and me bring it back. You will pay VAT though, what I was going to do is claim the VAT back, haven't read up fully on it yet though, not sure if have X amount of phones would make any difference.
I checked with them in person and they said 3 weeks is the expected time for fixing. I wouldn't take the risk personally.
I always thought repairs would take this amount of time? Consider that the phone has to get to the service centre, be put in queue, assessed and investigated for repair, parts ordered (this is a new phone, so parts may not be readily available), fixed, returned to customer. In the case a replacement is needed, again it probably has to be ordered in specially.
mobicity is a deal breaker for me as they don't repair locally, they have a standard 3-4 week repair time. I am waiting for techbrands to get an eta and then I will buy from them.
I'm not familiar with Techbrands but I have used Mobicity without problems.
I thought I'd take a look at Techbrands just out of interest... looks like their warranty on offer is exactly the same as Mobicity. So much in fact that one wonders whether they have just copied the details from the Mobicity website.
I guess both companies must use the same mobile repair centre... and copy editor ;-)

I was charged: GST Import Transaction Fee GST on Import Transaction Fee Biosecurity Levy GST on Biosecurity Levy
The total fee was $136.77, payable before they would release the package.
