Theyre a new company but they appear to be reputable

I notice that they have popped up recently. What makes you say they appear to be reputable?

Mainly from this thread over at pricespy: http://pricespy.co.nz/forum/index.php?showtopic=1346 and their store page with user reviews http://pricespy.co.nz/store.php?ftgid=13960

The magnitude of users with bugger all posts can be explained by them offering a $30 cashback by posting a review on pricespy.

That being said I have had no personal experience with them

To update my previous post:

Sent them a general message enquiring about availability of the Galaxy Nexus and got a reply within 2-3 hours. To those interested they're not sure when theyre getting stock of it.

Good customer service like this is always a good sign

Thanks for the update. Their PriceSpy reviews are top notch and plenty of them too.

Reading the warranty page. They offer additional $39 and $99 warranty options + information about service arrangements. It is not specified exactly what they can do in country, and what they cannot, but that is not unusual and they are providing a lot more information than some.

Anyone happen to know what PB Tech service/replacement arrangements are for the same item?
